Every half the way they built it, and a glass of wine with it.

A pizzeria's orders are built, not picked: a size, a crust, and toppings that go on the whole pizza or on one half of it.

Drip & Bake is the online storefront and ordering layer for your pizzeria — with the pizza builder, the wine list, the queue and your regulars already connected to it.

  1. 01

Half and half, on the pizza itself.

Customers build on a picture of the pizza: tap a half, and the next topping lands there. Small marks on every line put a topping on the left, the whole or the right.

Each size has its own price, and so can each topping. You decide whether a topping on one half costs its full price or half of it, and you can name the halves the way your kitchen does.

  2. 02

The kitchen reads it as it was built.

Every order lands in one queue with its size, its crust and each half's toppings written out, along with anything taken off and the note the customer left.

The ready time a customer is quoted comes from what's actually in that queue, so a quote stretches with the orders ahead of it.

  3. 03

Wine by the glass, the carafe or the bottle.

Pour from one wine list in the measures you choose. Stock is counted in bottles, and every glass takes its share of one.

Once you sell alcohol, your wine gets its own section on your storefront's home page, where the seasonal one sits.

ID checked on every alcohol order.

Alcohol stays off your storefront until you, the owner, confirm your shop holds the licence it needs. That confirmation is recorded.

Customers confirm their age before they can order it, and every order with alcohol in it is marked Check ID — on their ticket, in your queue and in the alert your team receives.

  5. 05

    Open on a pizzeria's menu.

Tell us you run a pizzeria when you sign up and your shop opens on a starter menu: pizzas in three sizes with a choice of crust and toppings by the half, and a seven-wine list that goes up once you sell alcohol.

Every starter item is an example to replace with your own, and every theme is dressed in pizzeria photographs until you add yours.

  6. 06

    Dinner at the table, too.

A QR code on each table opens your storefront with the table already attached, and the order lands in the same queue marked for dine-in.

Regulars collect points the moment an order is paid, and hear on their lock screen when it's ready.
