Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Eligible merchants may start a 30-day Drip & Bake trial without providing a payment card. This policy explains subscription, cancellation and refund terms.

1. Free trial

Eligible merchants may start a 30-day Drip & Bake trial without providing a payment card. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To continue paid access after the trial, the merchant must actively purchase an available subscription.

2. Paid subscription

The Drip & Bake subscription is billed monthly, in US dollars, at the price shown on the Drip & Bake pricing page (dripandbake.com/pricing) and confirmed at checkout, unless a different price or promotional arrangement is clearly presented and accepted at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Optional add-ons are billed with the subscription, at the prices shown on the pricing page. An add-on started part-way through a billing period is charged for the remainder of that period; a cancelled add-on keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.

Certain usage-based services are charged separately. SMS Marketing has a monthly charge and a one-time registration fee, shown on the pricing page, and texts are paid for from a prepaid SMS balance. Drip & Bake selects and may change the messaging carriers it uses to deliver these services; the merchant's agreement is with Drip & Bake.

3. Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, and the renewal is charged to the payment card on file, until the subscription is cancelled.

4. Cancellation

Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, paid access continues until the end of the billing period already purchased.

5. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. Cancelling a subscription does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period. We may review billing errors, duplicate charges or exceptional circumstances individually and may issue a refund or credit where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Failed payment and non-payment

If a subscription payment fails, Drip & Bake will notify the merchant and the payment will be retried. Paid features stay available for 5 days after the first failed payment, so the merchant has time to update their card. If payment has still not succeeded once that grace period has ended, Drip & Bake may lock paid features until the outstanding payment is made.

7. After cancellation

Drip & Bake intends to provide a 5-day subscription-retention/grace period after paid access ends, followed by a deletion window of up to 30 days before eligible merchant workspace data is permanently deleted. Merchants may export available business data before deletion. Legal, security, accounting, backup and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer where necessary.

8. Third-party fees

Drip & Bake subscription charges are separate from payment-processor fees, SMS/messaging charges and other third-party charges associated with services a merchant chooses to connect.

9. Contact

Billing questions may be sent to support@dripandbake.com.
