Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Drip & Bake to

• violate applicable law, regulation, court order or another person's legal rights;
• commit or facilitate fraud, deception, identity theft, payment abuse or chargeback manipulation;
• sell, promote or facilitate goods or services that are illegal in the location where they are offered;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, including infringing trademarks, photographs, videos or copyrighted material;
• publish unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or exploitative content;
• send spam or marketing communications without the consent or authority required by applicable law;
• evade unsubscribe requests or falsify marketing-consent records;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another merchant, customer, employee, workspace, database, account or system;
• probe, scan, exploit, disrupt or circumvent platform security, access controls, rate limits or tenant isolation;
• introduce malware, malicious code or automated traffic intended to impair the Service;
• scrape or extract data from the Service in a manner that violates law, privacy rights, security controls or these terms;
• impersonate another person or business or materially misrepresent the origin of a storefront;
• use Drip & Bake to create a service that unlawfully copies, resells or competes with protected portions of the platform itself.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for their menus, pricing, products, product claims, allergen and food-safety information, licences, permits, taxes, fulfillment, customer service and marketing activity. Drip & Bake's software tools do not replace those obligations.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, merchants, Drip & Bake or the public. Serious fraud, security threats or unlawful activity may result in immediate suspension. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may preserve or disclose information in response to valid legal process.
